On a powder coating line, parts pass through cleaning, racking, spraying, oven curing, cooling, and unloading before tape removal. The woven fiberglass backing gives better strength against rough handling, sharp edges, blasting particles, and spray impact. For approval, test the tape on the actual metal part, not only by hand adhesion.
